Take brief
This is where we sit down with you to discuss objectives, audience, message, format, timing and the like. We’ll question and challenge in the name of simplifying the complex and injecting humour into the dreary.

Agree budget
Sometimes we work to a set budget. More often than not we’ll examine the creative, play with figures on our calculator and come back to you with a cost estimate. Once you’ve overcome your shock and picked yourself up off the ground you’ll realise what a good deal you’re getting.

Create concepts
Here’s the really fun part. We’ll scribble and doodle and play with words till inspiration meets reality and we have the big idea – or a bunch of them. All going to plan, you’ll say ‘wow’ and simply have to select the one that best meets your needs

Refine concept
We fine tune the script and imagery of the chosen concept. You then make sure we haven’t dozed off on the job, check the final script and imagery and sign it off.

Produce concept
Before a concept stands bravely in front of an audience there needs to be lots of behind the scenes scanning, typesetting and manipulating of various software. Voice overs, sound effects, music and other bits of wizardry may also need to be added. Then we test.

Deliver presentation
The big day approaches. We’ll hand over the DVD, install the PowerPoint or do whatever else is necessary for the presentation to occur. We’ll also run through it with you and take care of last minute tweaks. Let the show roll… People get your message. You bask in the glory of a job well done!

Review results
To keep the wheels spinning on our ‘cycle’ we want to stay in the loop. Tell us how everything went and how we can assist on the next job. Then it’s back on the bike we go.
